In the beginning, there was light, so much beautiful light
But as time went on, the light became covered in darkness
And the world blindly stepped through the dark of each day, oblivious of life, in any other way.

Yet the light remained present, and from within the dark cloak of the night
The light leaned into the darkness, dissolving the depths to mere shadows
And the shadows, surrendered to the light, watching themselves melt into particles of bright
Into particles of light, so much beautiful light.
✨
And so, the light travelled the world, journeying to each and every darkened place
Unafraid of the terrain; the twisting and turning, the raging and roaring, the black…nothingness
Were simply the magnetised destinations of call, for this journey, would see the light visit them all.

And this journey, would see so many stories take flight, as the darkness dissolved with the strength of the light
As the shadows surrendered their tales of woe, revealing lights that were buried, so very long ago
Through pain and suffering, desolation and loss, lights had been dimmed at the greatest of cost
Lights had been hidden from angry footfall and in trembling fear of the majesty of all
That is bright, of all that is one, hidden deep in the depths where the sun never shone.

Yes, the light was courageous, the light was strong, the light was vision, and the light travelled on
Trailing a blaze of glory in it’s wake, stirring the earth from her slumbered state
Touching all beings of this earthly plane, listening to their stories, one by one, dissolving the darkness, and revealing the sun
Trees and flowers glowed, bathed in the light, and the evening stars became brighter than bright
Rain forests lush with rich emerald green, mountain peaks glistened, into the clouds it would seem
Glaciers illumined, their energy stretching far and wide, the stream, the river, the ocean tide
And the animals, the animals, they already knew, the light within them, and all that was true.

And this dance of light, moved through the people too
Melting away their troubles, their fears, and their weariness of view
And as they bathed in their light, they saw themselves new
With love in their hearts, they embodied all that is true
A marriage of love and light, in me and in you.
✨
And the earth, she thrived with love in her land
And the people walked with reverence, holding her hand
And their love grew stronger and so did the light
Continuing its journey, touching one and all
Eternally seeking, those that will answer the call.
