During my walking adventures, I recently came across a beautiful garden tucked away to the side of a park. This garden, dating back to the Victorian age, holds an incredible air of serenity, of pure peace, of love.
Today, as I sit in this special space, connecting with the nature that surrounds me, I feel so much love and gratitude spilling out from my heart. The blessings that continually rain down on me, on my life, are immensely humbling. The joy that fills me, is greater than I could ever have imagined.
Closing my eyes, I connect on deeper level with this special space; my senses heightened, I inhale the scent of freshly mown grass, which greets me with such clarity of freshness, that it almost feels that I am lying on the carpet of lush emerald blades. Moving my attention, I listen closely to the music of the birds, instantly I become aware that this serenade is not just the unique music of one or two species, but a multitude of them, all singing in glorious harmony. Moving my attention once more, I allow myself to feel the air around me, to feel the energy of this special space, and, all at once my heart soars with the beauty of this moment.
Making my way out of the garden to journey back home, I hold a piece of this magical space in my heart. Re-energised, replenished and filled up with the glory of Mother Earth, my eyes glaze with the moisture of gratitude; just when I feel I couldn’t possibly fall any deeper in love with Mother Earth, she shows me once again, that my capacity for love is so deep, it is in fact, endless.
As I tread my path home, I enter into an exchange of healing love with the trees, beaming, I am in awe at the wisdom and grace of this beautiful connection. My beam grows bigger, as I experience an incredible urge to hug each and every tree that I pass! Progressing from a beam to a giggle, I whisper to trees how I wish we could have a group hug! All at once, I am routed to the spot and covered in goose bumps, as I am gifted with a glorious energetic vision of exactly that!
And so it is.🙏
