2018 marked the 100th year anniversary of the end of the First World War – the pause for reflection seemingly stronger, as we considered so many lives lost a century ago.

A century is so far from our grasp and the world has changed so much in that time. Yet each one of us here today, is shaped by the sacrifices others made who came before us, sacrifices so that we may have the opportunity to live a better life.

Every day we decide whether or not we seize the opportunity to live a better life. Every day the choices we make, shape the world that we live in, as well as the path of those that will come long after we are gone.

With this in mind, I encourage you to take a moment each day, to consciously choose to seize that opportunity for a better life; reach into your heart and choose to live out this life, your life, here and now, with all the grace and humility that is your true self. Choose to allow kindness, peace, love and gratitude to be the vibrational energies that consistently tumble from your heart, in an effortless stream of your authentic beauty.

When we choose to live every day consciously through our hearts, we contribute to the glorious flow of momentum – as each of us seize the opportunity for a better life, we create the momentum for us all to live it. We live it for you, for me, for our friends, for our families, for our children, for our children’s children, for all those that came before us and all those that will surely follow….And so it is.
