As I entered my local park today, I was gifted with the sight of this glorious tree, standing proud with an amazing display of rich colour, as it prepares to shed it’s leaves for another season.

We often marvel at the beauty of the trees, particularly at this time of year, with their rich vibrant colours; deep oranges, golds, reds and pinks – their colours literally taking our breath away.

This glorious tree, reminds me of the beauty that also shines from us, in the moments where we too, prepare to let go of all that we no longer need; of all that is ready to fall away, of all that is ready to be healed.

During this process of releasing, of healing, let us be still in the moments of preparation, of transition, and let us recognise and celebrate that we too radiate vibrant colours – for what is ready to leave us, naturally creates space for us to shine ever brightly, with our own unique and beautiful rich colours.
